One:One athlete, Lacey Van Der Marel (Rhodes) is off to the 2015 IWF World Championships in Houston mid November, and we could not be more proud!
Lacey is the epitome of hard work and dedication. With a background in Gymnastics, Track and Field, and CrossFit, Lacey just recently dove head first into the Olympic Weightlifting world - yet another sport that she has managed to absolutely crush.
Competing in the 58kg female weight class, Lacey will be lifting alongside some of the best lifters in the world as she represents Team Canada.
